1. Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.
2. Credit Packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases and never expire.
Unused credit packs may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have been used are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality, which is inherently variable.
